" FREEDOM " has completed 16 years of social service since its inception in 2000 . Moved with plight of distressed people, FREEDOM was formed to help people in every possible way so that people can live a life of dignity. The many facets of social service ranges from book publication to empowerment of women, from rural innovation technology to extending capacity building training. But the hallmark of FREEDOM's wide array of social service is poultry cultivation. The backyard poultry cultivation with its two chick's formula has added a new dimension of joy to the lives of rural people who previously had to tether on edges of poverty due to absence of solid livelihood means. The successful implementation of poultry cultivation programme has triggered a chain reaction in entire Bhadrak district and also neighboring Balasore and Keonjhar and far away Puri district.
Conducting small micro entrepreneurs programme with mobilization of local resources and imparting of capacity building training programme.

Income generation avenues for rural poor women.
Holistic development of rural women particularly distressed and widow ones in all segment and categories having prime focus on livelihood activities encompassing Organic Poultry, Indoor Mushroom cultivation culminating 4times mushroom production than traditional cultivation and all component of agriallied and non-firm sector on end to end model with intervention of appropriate technology exclusively in clusters.
